Walking in the Shadows

Random musings from Warwickshire on life in general... Things that make me laugh, make me cry, things that wind me up beyond all endurance - and everything in between.

Nearly at the end of The Road To Eternity.

Well, the day has arrived, and I am sitting in The Brasshouse with a Rumbullion single waiting for the gig.

And if the previous gig reports are anything to go by.... And yes, I *am* looking forward to this. It's been a long wait - but it's been worth it.

Time to drink up - his lordship wants to move.

Back tomorrow with a report.

Every Little Helps finding something

Well, Tesco's motto "Every Little Helps" is very appropriate. The Warwick store's pharmacy came up trumps.

I'd struck out repeatedly trying to find my adrenaline autoinjector, and finally decided to try Tesco.

I needed to refuel Monster, so it made sense to see if I could get my prescription sorted. So, it was with no small amount of trepidation that I asked the pharmacist if they had the adrenaline autoinjector....

And bless their pharmacy. They not only had the thing, but two! Result.

The attitude of the pharmacy staff un Tesco is something that Boots could take lessons from. Not only did they have the necessary item, but they were willing to order my original epi-pen for me the next time I need it.

So I am a lot happier knowing I have a reliable pharmacy I can use.

Back when I get chance - got to sort a few bits out.

Our dreams, won’t die

If you remember them each day
Sweet dreams, blue sky
They’re gonna take you all the way
I believe, in you, no lie
Your dreams, won’t die
Your dreams won’t die
